TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • It is your duty as (the client) to thoroughly read through all terms & conditions before purchasing. By purchasing any design service, you (the client) acknowledge that you have read, agreed to, and fully understand Tesa Creates Art policies. You also agree that you will also sign the design form stating that you fully understand the Tesa Creates Art policies and turnaround time. Tesa Creates Art is not at fault if you fail to read and understand these policies thoroughly.

CLIENT INTAKE FORM

  • Your active participation after your purchase is crucial. You need to complete the design form with all order-related details. Please note that your turnaround time does not begin until this form has been successfully completed and submitted. Your involvement from the start is key to a successful design process. 

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

  • All contact must be through support@tesacreatesart.com 
  • Tesa Creates Art would prefer a Do-Not-Disturb atmosphere, so please submit all questions and concerns prior to booking. It is essential to give me the proper time to work on all my client's projects to ensure they are sent out in an orderly fashion. If you are reaching out about an order, please give me the appropriate time to respond to your questions or concerns. 

INQUIRIES

  • Please allow up to 2 business days for a response to any inquiries, questions, or concerns. When contacting me, please list your name in the subject line. If you currently have an open order with me, please put your order number in the subject line. 
  • If you have a question or concern not already answered on my website, you may reach out via messaging or email. Please be aware that I could be working on projects, so it’s important allow up to 2 business days for me to respond to your inquiry.

DRAFTS POLICY

    • All contact regarding drafts and final deliveries will be sent via email. Under no circumstances will projects be sent via social media. I will NOT answer any questions about pre-existing orders through any other platform besides email.  
  • Once drafts are sent, it's important you respond as quickly as possible to keep your order moving. You will have 3 days to respond regarding drafts/proofs. Not responding promptly will delay completion of your design request. For responses received outside of 3 days, your turnaround time will be extended an additional 3-5 business days. If you choose not to respond to drafts within 5 days of your draft being sent, your order will be canceled & no refund will be given due to the nature of services. If you need an extension on reviewing your drafts, please communicate that to the email listed above. If you would like to restart your project after the 5 business days, there will be a $100 project reinstatement fee, and a new turnaround time will apply. 
  • GHOST POLICY

    • If you ghost Tesa Creates Art in the middle of the design process for any reason without communication, your project will be FORCED FINALIZED, and no refund will be given. You will also not be allowed to book services in the future. 

    INVOICES

    • If an invoice has been manually created for you, it must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being emailed. Unless discussed otherwise with Tesa Creates Art, your invoice will be canceled after 48 hours. 
    • Please only request an invoice if you are payment-ready and ready to move forward with the design process.

    SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION

    • Tesa Creates Art reserves the right to post projects to social media for service promotion ONLY! If for any reason, you would not like your project posted or would like for me to wait, please indicate at the time of booking. 

    REVISIONS

    • Revisions are to be made while the design process is ongoing. I pride myself on ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the service they've paid for. Each service comes with 3 complimentary revisions; if you surpass your 3rd revision, an additional $25 fee per revision will be sent via invoice to your email. Please remember to be specific about the revisions you wish to have. Three revisions for an example mean, “Hello, I would like the font changed, the color changed & and the wording changed.” 
    • Please be aware that ALL REVISIONS MUST BE MADE DURING THE REVISION WINDOW given to you. 
    • You (the client) understand that once the final files are sent to you. You are NO LONGER allowed to make revisions & your order is now considered complete. Before finalizing your projects, please make sure all the information, color scheme, and info you wish to have on your design is correct.

    FILES/RETENTION POLICY

    • After your draft is approved, please allow up to 2 business days for email delivery of your Dropbox with all your files.
    • Please be sure to save all Dropbox files immediately after they are sent. I do not store/retain files except for VIP or Retainer Clients.

    SERVICES RENDERED POLICY

    • Unless you are on a retainer with Tesa Creates Art, you must use the services you purchased at the time of purchase. Unless discussed otherwise, you will not be allowed to spread out services over time. 
    • If, for any reason, you choose to dispute any service that you've paid for from Tesa Creates Art, you'll be BANNED from booking any service permanently. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please communicate that rather than disputing charges.

    IDENTITY VERIFICATION

    • Tesa Creates Art reserves the right to request any client to show proof of identity by sending an ID check via email or text once order has been placed. This check is secure and is provided by an app within Shopify. Failure to complete this check or if you fail the verification may result in order cancellation. This is to protect both you (the client) and Tesa Creates Art from any fraudulent charges/activity. 

    TURNAROUND TIMES

    • Please note the turnaround time listed for your desired service. Unless you are a VIP or Retainer Client, you cannot skip ahead in line or reduce the quoted turnaround time.
    • Your turnaround time begins once all proper documentation is submitted. If your service requires a phone consultation, your turnaround time will start once the consultation is complete & all the necessary documentation that is needed after the consultation has been submitted to Tesa Creates Art.
    • If you place an order on the weekend, your turnaround time will begin on the next business day. For example, if you purchase on a Friday, your turnaround time will start the following Monday. 
    • The design form is listed on my website; you have 5 business days to respond to the series of questions listed. Please answer these questions to the best of your ability, as I will use the information to complete and fulfill your order. Please read each question thoroughly and complete the fields for the services you have paid for. 
    • Revisions are not included in the turnaround time! Please allow 2-3 additional business days for revisions. Examples of revisions are font changes, color changes, or swapping out photos. For a completely different design, if the client does not like or agree with the design, a Redesign Fee of $100 will apply. 

    REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

    • Due to the nature of this product/service, please know that before purchasing that refunds are not permitted. By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to this no-refund policy. If you choose to file a chargeback claim or dispute, legal action will be taken & bank institutions will be provided with extensive proof of delivery and project/purchase notes. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

    DESIGNER RIGHTS

    As the designer, I have the right to the following: 

    • Refuse difficult clients 
    • Refuse clients who are unable to provide proper documentation OR unable to give a clear vision of what you (the client) are seeking
    • Refuse clients who are unable to give sufficient reasons on why they are dissatisfied with their service
    • Refuse clients who do not comply with brand policies 
    • Refuse clients requesting to duplicate another designer’s work. I will NOT under any circumstance recreate another designer’s work. All client's projects should be unique & specific to their brand.
